Returns

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@wow-nexlify.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Exchanges
- We currently offer exchanges for items of the same value.
- To request an exchange, please follow the return process and indicate the item you wish to receive.
